A Lenten Soup Supper Series
It has been said that the way we die, like the way we live, makes a difference—in our lives and the lives of others. Join us for 4 Thursdays in Lent as we explore our individual “legacies” and how planning for the end of life, can spark new perspectives on how we live the rest of it. This series will offer both theological and spiritual reflection as well as practical tools and information – and believe it or not, we’ll have some fun!
Topics include: Estate planning 101, financial planning tips and ideas, retiring during a recession, how planning your funeral can be fun, caring for yourself while caring for an aging parent, a tour of the Columbarium, and more!
Speakers include: The Very Rev. Scott Richardson, Rev. Canon Allisyn Thomas, Attorney Brad Lovelace, Financial Planner George Kuhrts, Canon Chris Harris and others.
